At Solutions Medical , we aim to make receiving your equipment as convenient as possible.

Collection

Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our showroom during normal business hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Customer-Arranged Transport

Many of our customers choose to arrange their own courier or transport service. We are happy to assist by preparing your order for collection by your nominated courier.

Delivery by Solutions Medical

Should you require assistance, Solutions Medical can arrange delivery at competitive rates throughout South Africa and selected neighbouring countries in Southern Africa.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size of the order, destination, and preferred delivery method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, and courier schedules. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed when your order is processed.

Inspection of Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection. If any item is damaged or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the matter promptly.
